Went for Lunch Food - 5/5. Noodles had the perfect thickness to provide a delectable bouncy chew. Sauce was aromatic with cumin, had just the right amount of spice to liven up the flavor, and a delicious sourness. Lamb was seasoned well, tender, and had no gamey odor. They gave plenty of lamb so each bite had a great noodle to meat ratio. Bun had a soft bite with a slight crisp from the toasted sides. It had a mild flavor with not too much oil, which paired well with the rich flavor of the lamb. The bun was perfect for dipping into the leftover sauce of the noodles and both were elevated by a helpful serving of vinegar. Service - 4/5. Everything is self-service from ordering through the kiosk, picking up the food, and getting any condiments. The staff don't really engage in conversation at all since it is designed to be self-service. I personally enjoy that kind of service style, especially for a quick lunch location. Value - 5/5. Dry biang noodles go for $14 while the lamb bun was $7.50. Food was delicious and the portion sizes were good. They really load you up on the lamb, which is highly appreciated. Excellent Shaanxi cuisine restaurant. Parking - Mall Garage/Street (Metered)

A I like the ramen here. You must self order because they don't seem to know how to use the cash register. I recommend highly.

Easy online or screen ordering with a number system. Solid portion size. No holding back on spice. A light eater can get two meals out of the dry noodles.

I forgot how much I love these noodles!! I should have ordered online and picked it up but I was thinking they wouldn't be busy haha. Anyways I ran next door to get lunch and had to wait a bit but it was still pretty quick. I ordered the lamb cumin dried noodles. Noodles were perfect texture with a slight chew. Braised lamb was so yummy. Even better the next day. The staff was really nice and packed me extra chili oil without me asking for more.
